It comes with set files, yeah. You don't have to start from scratch. They have recommended settings.

They provide settings. You can tweak them later if you get more comfortable but it's not like you're thrown in the deep end.

Pretty sure they mention FTMO compatibility on their site. I've seen people using it for prop firms.

Yeah it's supposed to. They specifically designed some EAs for FTMO, so you should be okay. Check their product descriptions though just to be sure.

I used WallStreet for a bit before Flex. Flex feels more flexible (pun intended) with its strategies and settings. Plus, the community for Flex is more active imo.

I've only used Flex but I've heard Flex has better customization options compared to WallStreet. WallStreet is more set-it-and-forget-it, which isn't always ideal.
